At The Natural Soapworks we have a fully equipped teaching classroom. So why not join us at the historic Red House Glass Cone for one of our fun and informative classes? These are suitable for anyone who wants to make soap or natural skincare products for their own use. Classes are limited to small numbers of adults - so you make your own products rather than having to work in a group.

NATURAL COLD PROCESS SOAPMAKING - these cost £85 per person and last for a full day (includes lunch and we'll also post out your soap when it is ready). The day is a mix of theory, demonstration and practical work, and your tutor has over 10 years experience of making cold process soaps. Tuition covers saponification, formulating recipes, selecting ingredients, creating fragrances and you will make an 8 bars of soap on the day. This will be cured and cut and posted to you after the 4 week curing time. You will receive a soap making booklet, 10% off purchases of our products made on the day of your course, and a personalised letter assessing your soap, and giving feedback on how to correct issues in future batches. This is a hobby class for adults who wish to make soap at home, and does not teach commercial soap making. Soap making ingredients are available to purchase on the day of your course. To reserve your place please pay the £20 non-refundable deposit, and the balance of the course fee will be due on the day of your course.

BATH BOMB MAKING - these are fun half day courses which run from 10.30am until 1pm, and cost £30 per person. You'll receive full tuition on how to make bath bombs, and then for the rest of the time you'll simply play! We provide the equipment and ingredients, and you'll keep all of the bath bombs you make during the morning. Bath bombs take a day or so to dry out, so these courses are intended for people who live locally to Stourbridge (because the bath bombs need to be collected once they are ready). If you are travelling from further away, we will have to post out your bath bombs for which there will be an additional cost (which will depend on the weight of the bath bombs you have made). We also sell bath making ingredients, and these will be available to purchase on the day of your course. To reserve your place, please pay the £10 non-refundable deposit. The balance of the course fee will be due on the day of your course.
